1. Respond timely and appropriately to all support requests.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and via phone.
3. Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings using appropriate field automation systems, procedures, and protocols.
4. Maintain working relationships with clients.
5. Check and maintain internal system tools.
6. Contribute, update, and maintain internal technical documentation.
7. Configure, monitor, and optimize Azure Services to achieve high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
8. Review proposed architectures, providing feedback or identifying constraints.
