- 4+ years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails Engineer.
- Solid experience with Ruby on Rails and MySQL.

- Curiosity-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge and experience with Unix systems.
- Proficiency in working with both relational databases and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
