  Job Description: IT Support

  ? Perform troubleshooting on installed various databases (SQL, HANA, Sybase etc.).

  ?

  Require to configure Database security, Access policy, User Roles & Rights.

  ? Provide guidance and support for database to Application Developers

  ?

  Managing integration of various databases platform for MIS reporting.

  ? Develop process of database backup planning, Monitoring and testing.

  ? Need to configure SSRS reporting server with development new reports as auto mail is

  generated

  ? Provide support on CRM and Powerbase and Material Characteristic Module Admin

  configuration

  ? Maintaining & upgrading business Scenarios in CRM on basis of regular need and user

  comfort.

  ? Updating training modules based on new implementation in CRM and updating With Training

  Team’s

  ?

  Provide functional support for developing MIS Report.

  ? Managing user roles, rights & organisations on CRM.

  ?

  Managing CRM & SAP support portal.

  ? Assist in SAP configuration and Support

  ? Manage and implement Government complains & Business need based on SAP released

  standard updates and suggested patches

  ? Support in creating and updating SAP user and user’s roles.

  ?

  Support for SAP Configuration on all implemented module SD, MM, PP, QM, WM, FI & CO

  ? Support on SAP ABAP reports and smart forms / adobe form.

  ? Coordination with Vendors to meet our business need and new Module implementation in

  CRM & SAP both.

  ? Manage CRM Transactions, Master Data, SAP Master Data & its integrity as defined for our

  organisation (BBP).

  ? Manage Galaxy Database & Portal

  ? Manage Data integration and Connectivity with various application.

  ?

  Support to user for Transaction data verification

  Educational Qualification MCA, BCA, B.Tech/B.E with SAP Functional Knowledge,

  B.Sc.IT

  Technical Skills SQL DBA, Knowledge of SSRS Reporting

  Behavioural Skills Honest, Trustworthy, Team Work, Attention to Detail

  Overall and Specific experience 1 to 2 years of experience
