Job Description :

• Job Responsibility - Manage and develop relationships with Banks FIs and NBFCs for fundraising through diversified cost effective structures such as term loans, pool securitization, direct assignments and co-origination models. - Resource planning and mobilization from multiple sources to meet the requirements of company lending and balance sheet growth program. - Lead the Co-lending initiatives for the organization. - Managing regulatory and lender specific compliances. - Investor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests. Prepare regular reports and updates for investors, highlighting key financial and operational milestones. - Develop detailed financial models, projections, pitch decks to support fundraising initiatives and strategic decision-making. - Preparation and Presentation on liquidity and market rate risk management for Senior Management /Board. - Cash Management/Liquidity management, planning for filling the cash shortfall gaps and investing the surplus funds. - Liaising with credit rating agencies for long-term and- short-term- ratings of the Company.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and create accurate financial models.
