• Designation: STUDIO MANAGER
  Job Location: Bandra (West)
  Responsibilities and Duties

  • The responsibilities include but are not limited to Sales, Marketing, Team Handling, Client Servicing etc.
  • Make marketing strategies and execute.
  • Achieve the Financial goals set by the company.
  • Follow-up and coordination with a team of other branches for day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and execute business strategies.
  • Creating and publishing various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analyse the training needs of the team and execute the same.
  • Handling internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve the issues related to clients.
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day schedule in the studio.
  • Act as guide, leader and mentor for the team.
