Job Description :

• 1. Responsible for negotiation of one or more sub-category sourcing strategies, with a specific focus on digital technology and/ or Enterprise Software.
  2. Conduct Market research to identify potential suppliers and product offerings.
  3. Analyze competitor pricing, product quality and overall market positioning.
  4. Evaluate potential vendors based on quality, reliability, pricing and compliance.
  5. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the procurement of medical, surgical and laboratory products.
  7. Supported through evidence-based evaluation of supply quality, contract compliance, standardization, and supply chain cost containment.
  8. Implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining product quality.
  9. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, such as cost savings, supplier's performance, and market trends.
