  Key Role & Responsibilities:  

  • Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates. 
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates. 
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. 
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
