Job Description :

• Overview: 

  We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sr. Production Engineer for a leading gasket manufacturing company based in Verna, Goa. You will be responsible for smooth operation of the machinery and shop floor. Planning production on a day-to-day basis, from raw materials to number of manpower required. Identify current and potential product shortages, develop, and execute recovery plans.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • 5’s principle for workplace organization.
  • Monthly Production Plan has to be prepared and discussed with Dispatch team.
  • Machine wise production plan with documents and Prepare report’s machine wise.
  • Manpower utilization to be done with respect to the sales ratio. Training to all the staff for production and dispatch plan.
  • Reviewing with supervisors for yesterday’s operator production.
  • Preparing CAPA for less production of any area to be started with documentation.
  • Attending Daily Meeting. Discussing with supervisors against meeting and as priority production plan with documents.
  • Keeping coordination with maintenance everyday working all machines. With coordination of Supervisors and Maintenance Manager‘s has to keep spares of all, Machine in stock to avoid any machine break down with document.
  • TPM (Total Productive Management) & TQM (Total Quality Management) implementation program has to be define with documentation and implementation has to be start after taking approval from management of define TPM implementation program.
  • Preparing program for JIT (Just in Time) Production process to all production area with documentation and implementation has to be start after taking approval from management of define JIT implementation program.
  • Safety criteria has to monitored with documentation and to be report to HR
  • ERP Punching has to be monitor and keep continuing. To participate in API implementation and follow up for RM indent by calculating material requirement
  • Giving Status of Each OA /Updating checklist and checking availability of material in RM stores and  Updating Month Production Plan as per Priorities.
  • Allocating stock gaskets for New Order when needed.
  • Effective layout designs. All SOP to be done

   

  Working Timing: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday weekly off.

  Location: Verna, Goa.
