Job Description :

    • Design of Front-End Ac-Dc converter and perform simulation for finalizing power hardware.
    • Perform power loss calculations and power device (IGBT,Diode) selection.
    • Implement closed loop control of Front-End Ac-Dc converter, Inverter, Phase-shifted Dc-Dc converter
    • Develop Software for Auxiliary Power Converter using DSP TMS320F28377D & TMS320F28335 controllers (Front End Ac-Dc Converter+ Inverter + Phase Shifted DcDc Converter).
    • Develop of Battery Charger Unit Software using TMS320F28335 controller (Buck Converter).
    • Perform the Functional Testing of Auxiliary Converter & Battery Charger Unit and validated as per the requirements.
    • Develop Test Code for Thermal Validation of Auxiliary Converter Production Purpose.
    • Implement & Test Inverter External and Internal Fault Segregation Logics and Contactor Control Logics with integration of Train Control Management System (TCMS).
    • Perform Internal type testing of Battery Charger and Auxiliary Converter.
    • Involve in RDSO Type Testing of Auxiliary Converter and Battery Charger.
    • Fault analysis of field data is performed and resolved field issues.
    • PID tuning for better output response is performed.
    • Implement pulse staggering concept in auxiliary converters (for front end converter) to reduce line side harmonics.
    • Perform the Functional Testing of Auxiliary Converter & Battery Charger Unit and validated as per the requirements.
    • DMA Sampling of ADC is implemented and tested for Isolated Dc-Dc Converter  

Recommended Skills :

    • Power Loss Calculation of IGBT and Diode were perform for Isolated Dc-Dc Converter.
    • By Using DSP Controller Implement and test control level and power level software of Auxiliary Converter. 
    • Develop Logic and implement in Software of auxiliary converter when communication failed case with a hardware interface between TCMS and auxiliary converter.
    • Perform the Testing of Auxiliary Converter and validate as per the requirements.
