Job Description :

• RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS UNDER:
  • Responsible for managing 2-3 sites
  • Planning & scheduling activities for teams of respective sites.
  • Maintaining proper work ethics on sites under his preview and reviewing teams performances and appraising management.
  • Attending weekly meetings on all sites under his review.
  • Ensuring clients are appraised with Data in a timely manner to prevent any escalations.
  • Strongly coordinating with procurement team to ensure the Pos are issued in a timely manner.
  • Close coordination with site team to ensure there is smooth progress on site.
  • Coordinating with vendors and ensuring the work is executed in quality and within the given timeframe.
  • Timely escalation to senior management for preventing any issues that can delay the site.
  • Submitting weekly reports for all the sites under his review.
  • Preparing MIS reports and sharing with Management for reeving site statuses every week/fortnight.
  • Ensuring cost control of vendors and preventing any cost escalations.
  • Keeping a strong hold on billing process so that vendors don’t do wrong billing.
  • Client Billing incase required will be routed through him.

  • EXPERIENCE : At least 7-8 years of project management
  • REQUISITE : Knowledge of MS office is must and preferable required knowing of basic AutoCAD
