Job Description :

• • Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
  • Document denials and take necessary follow-up actions.
  • Call insurance carriers based on client appointments.
  • Handle outstanding claims and account receivable reports from clients or specific software.
  • Contact insurance companies to obtain status updates on unpaid claims.
  • Willingly adapt to various voice-based processes as per requirements (e.g., Insurance Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program, etc.).
  • Maintain daily logs of individual activities.
  • Achieve assigned tasks and targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy, client/project guidelines, business rules, provided training, company’s quality system, and policies.
  • Communicate issues or escalate them to seniors promptly when necessary.
