  Roles and Responsibility :- 
  
  1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for multiple properties. 
  
  2. Reconciliation of bank statements, mortgages, loans and monthly journal entries.
  
  3. Prepare and report monthly HST, Payroll & Other Remittances.
  
  4. Prepare and process Tenant CAM/TAX recovery reconciliations annually.
  
  5. Commercial Lease Administration.
  
  6. Investigate and validate recovery rules in tenant leases.
