Job Description :

• • Network/Voice Administrator with hands on in L2 / L3 switches and troubleshooting to resolve issues. (CCNA /CCNP)
  • Switching LAN, HSRP, Vlan, Spanning Tree, VTP, DHCP, Stacking.
  • Routing – WAN, BGP, EIGRP and OSPF
  • Hand on security in firewalls like PA, Fortinet, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • IPSEC, site to site VPN, Remote Access VPN and SSL.
  • Firewall Implementations – NAT, URL Filtering etc
  • Knowledge in Unified Communication – IP/PBX – UCaaS Administration
  • Knowledge in Contact Centre administration. – CcaaS Administration
  • Good Knowledge in predicative and Auto Dialer
  • Knowledge in Inbound and outbound skills configuration
  • Knowledge in IVR call flow and script build
