  Rolls and Responsibilities : 
  
  1.  Team Leadership & Management:
   
  - Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing guidance on technical and professional growth.
  - Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
   
  2. Technical Leadership:
  
  - Set the technical vision and guide architectural decisions across front-end and back-end systems.
  - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and testing frameworks to streamline development workflows.
   
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
  
  - Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful features.
   
  4.  Development & Problem Solving:
  
  - Contribute hands-on to development efforts when needed, particularly for critical or complex technical challenges.
   
  5. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
