Job Description :

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Registering guests, assigning rooms, and handling the payment process during check-in and check-out.

    Reservations Management: Processing reservations made online, by phone, or in person.

    Guest Assistance: Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

    Handling Guest Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

    Communication and Coordination: Communicating effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.

    Security: Being aware of suspicious activities and following safety protocols.

    Payment Processing: Handling guest payments and verifying credit card information.

    Upselling and Promotion: Informing guests about hotel promotions and special offers.
