A telecaller makes outbound calls to promote products/services or handle inbound calls to assist customers. Key responsibilities include generating leads, explaining product features, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining call logs and customer databases. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Persuasion: Strong ability to persuade customers and negotiate effectively.
- Technical proficiency: Ability to use telecalling software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Organizational skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is often required, with a degree in sales or marketing being a plus.
