Job Description :

  • 1. Sales & Business Development:
    Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key sectors using sensor-based technologies.
    Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, OEMs, and integrators.
    Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and technical consultations to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
    Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

    2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns (digital, trade, and technical marketing) to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
    Develop marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, presentations, product videos, and case studies tailored to sensor applications.
    Manage online presence, including website content, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.

  • 3.Product & Market Insight:
    Work closely with R&D and product teams to stay updated on new sensor developments and translate technical features into customer value.
    Support the launch of new products and solutions by creating go-to-market strategies and customer messaging.
    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, technical seminars, and customer meetings.

     4. Skills & Qualifications:
    10+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing of high-tech products, preferably in sensor technologies, IoT, embedded systems, or scientific instrumentation.
    Should be familiar with GeM portal.
    Meeting customers and performing technical demonstrations to customers / potential distribution partners.
    Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
    Strong understanding of advanced sensor systems and their applications across different industries.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
