•Work closely with R&D and product teams to stay updated on new sensor developments and translate technical features into customer value.
•Support the launch of new products and solutions by creating go-to-market strategies and customer messaging.
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, technical seminars, and customer meetings.
4. Skills & Qualifications:
•10+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing of high-tech products, preferably in sensor technologies, IoT, embedded systems, or scientific instrumentation.
•Should be familiar with GeM portal.
•Meeting customers and performing technical demonstrations to customers / potential distribution partners.
•Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
•Strong understanding of advanced sensor systems and their applications across different industries.
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
•Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
