Job Description :

1. Tender Management:
•Identify and evaluate tender opportunities related to nanosenser products and technologies through various tender portals and industry networks.

•Manage the end-to-end tender process, including documentation, bid submission, tracking deadlines, and compliance checks.

2. Documentation and Compliance:
•Prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals, and technical submissions in collaboration with technical and R&D teams.

•Ensure adherence to national and international procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to nanosensor applications.
3. Coordination & Communication:
•Liaise with cross-functional departments (Engineering, QA/QC, R&D, Legal, Finance) to compile accurate technical and commercial bids.

•Serve as a point of contact between the company and procurement agencies, partners, or consortium members.

4. Market Intelligence:
•Analyse tender trends and competitor strategies to improve win rates.

•Maintain a database of previous tenders, outcomes, and client feedback.

5. Post-Tender Support:
•Follow up on bid outcomes, request debriefings, and support the negotiation and contract finalization phases.

•Ensure proper handover to project teams upon award.

•Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations and government procurement norms.

6. Skills & Qualifications:
•2–5 years of experience in a tendering or proposal role, preferably in the high-tech, life sciences, or sensor technology sectors.

•Should be familiar with GeM portal.

•Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.

•Proficiency in MS Office Suite, tender portals, and ERP or CRM systems.

•Strong attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple deadlines and complex documentation.
