Job Description :

Co-ordinate with other Department and Assembly line operators.
•   According to order form prepare work schedule to assembly line workers and contractors.
•   As per daily and weekly planning, monitor production output.
•   Ensure products meet company’s quality standards so co-ordinates with quality team for CAPA.
•   Maintain Safety, proper use of PPE & maintain hazard free work environment.
•   Prepare work instructions and SOP and train Assembly Operators.
•   Improve workflow, layout and resource utilization.
•   Support in implementation of 5s, kaizen and waste reduction.
•   Maintain stock sheet, production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
•   Other work given by production manager.

Recommended Skills :

Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
•   Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
•   Familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
•   Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
