The Sales Executive / Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales from within the office. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
Recommended Skills :
Experience in handling IndiaMART seller panel
Ability to respond quickly to BUYER inquiries and RFQs
Managing lead follow-up, quotations, and communication through the panel
Understanding of IndiaMART lead scoring and category management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain products/services clearly
Proactive follow-up with leads and converting inquiries into sales
Handling customer objections and negotiating effectively
