The Telecaller cum Social Media Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions via phone while also handling social media content, engagement, and branding. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, marketing creativity, and the ability to build relationships with customers and online audiences.
Recommended Skills :
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM regularly.
Create, post, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and brand visibility.
Track social media analytics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
