The Production Head is responsible for the end-to-end management of the production process, focusing on quality, efficiency, and team coordination. This leadership role involves optimizing manufacturing activities, implementing schedules, and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes. By ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and driving operational excellence, the Production Head plays a vital role in contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Maintenance & Repairs-( Coordinate with service team, Evaluate faulty products, Maintain Service Jobs & Maintain TAT, Documentation)
- Manufacturing Work-( Manage & Evaluate WorkFlow & Work Distribution with team, organize daily/weekly work plans for team, Rectify Hurdles during production)
- Inventory management-(Manage Inventory coordinating with team, Organize periodic checks, Solve Issues of team)
- Quality check & Feedback Management-( Create/Manage QC of manufactured products and prepare documentation/process for same)
Training & Documentation-(Prepare Different Materials To Evaluate/Monitor Team Performance, Provide Trainings To Improve Efficiency & Maintain Records)
- Basic Skills-(Operations of PC, MS Office, Various Management Software)
- Strong Technical knowledge-(Industrial Automation panel related hardware & Software, Instrumentation, Product Anomaly & detailed knowledge, Knowledge in electric & Panel wiring)
- Time management skills-( Ability to manage production work in a timely manner, evaluate & improve teamwork performance with reference to time)
- Quality Control-( Innovative mind-set to check & maintain quality of product in all manner)
- Problem-solving skills-( Trouble shooting Capability in panel/product failures)
- Decision making-(Ability to take decision to run obstacle free production work)
