• Maintenance Engineer Plant Equipment Maintenance

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance schedules for hydraulic presses, CNC/VMC machines, molding lines, compressors, and utility equipment.

  Breakdown Resolution & Root Cause Analysis: Lead rapid emergency breakdown troubleshooting across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; execute 5-Why and Fishbone analysis to eliminate recurring equipment failures.

  TPM & Equipment Reliability: Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance), track Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and support line OEE improvements.

  Spare Parts & Inventory Control: Maintain critical spare parts inventory levels, manage reorder points, verify replacement part quality, and optimize maintenance budget expenditures.

  EHS, Statutory Compliance & Analytics: Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, machine safety guards, and utility safety standards; track daily equipment uptime, breakdown hours, utility consumption, and maintenance costs using tracking spreadsheets.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
