  Job Description:

  The main "Tooling Operations Anchor, Mould Maintenance Specialist, Tooling Design Engine & Mould Precision Guardian" in our production processes is the Injection Moulding Tool Room Engineer Mould Maintenance, Tooling Design, Preventative Maintenance & Machining Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, manufacture, modify, repair, inspect, and maintain high-precision plastic injection moulds, core/cavity inserts, hot runner systems, and press tooling, while plant directors and engineering managers set overall production strategies, tooling budgets, and manufacturing roadmaps. As the "Guardian of Mould Precision, Tooling Uptime, Dimensional Accuracy, and Toolroom Safety," you assume direct responsibility for guaranteeing smooth toolroom operations, reducing downtime due to mould breakdown, and optimising injection moulding production efficiency.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Deep understanding of injection mould architecture is required for injection mould construction and tooling design.

  Precision Machining & Toolroom Equipment Mastery: Practical experience with wire cut EDM, laser welding for mould repair, surface grinding, lathe turning, conventional milling, EDM sparkers, and CNC machining centers.

  Mould Defect Analysis & Bench Fitting: Outstanding ability to identify plastic moulding flaws, perform blue matching for parting line shut-offs, polish by hand (mirror finish) and precisely fit slides, lifters and core pins.

  Strong knowledge of hydraulic core pullers, pneumatic ejector mechanisms, valve gate actuation, and hot runner controller systems.
