  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Plan, schedule, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet volume, delivery schedules, and product quality benchmarks.

  Monitor line performance, analyze cycle times, and calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify throughput bottlenecks and minimize operational downtime.

  Develop, implement, and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), line balancing protocols, process routing sheets, and work instructions.

  Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to investigate line defects and breakdowns; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.

  Oversee material flow on the shop floor, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, tools, consumables, and sub-assemblies in alignment with production schedules.

  Drive Lean Manufacturing methodologies, 5S workplace organization, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen projects, and Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) to reduce production waste.

  Ensure strict adherence to shop-floor safety guidelines, environmental standards, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance across production lines

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
