• Maintenance Engineer Multi-Skilled Plant Engineering

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines for plant machinery, including hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and production lines.

  Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures, root causes of equipment breakdown, and carry out precision repair and overhauling operations.

  Utilize predictive maintenance tools and techniques, such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and laser alignment, to prevent catastrophic failures.

  Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or ERP maintenance modules to log work orders, track equipment histories, and monitor Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

  Maintain critical spare parts inventory, identify minimum stock levels, and coordinate with procurement to source specialized mechanical components and vendor services.

  Oversee utility infrastructure operations, including industrial boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers, and water treatment systems.

  Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and continuous improvement initiatives (TPM/5S) to boost equipment efficiency and comply with plant safety standards

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
