  Job Description:

  The "Revenue Recovery Engine" and "Financial Integrity Anchor" of our medical billing department is the AR Caller. Your main responsibility is to manage, monitor, and carry out medical insurance claim follow-ups converting denied claims, unpaid medical bills, complicated insurance denials, and outdated client accounts into cleared payments, smooth revenue streams, and the best possible financial health for healthcare providers. In your capacity as the "Guardian of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Continuity and Cash Flow Optimization," you assume direct responsibility for contacting US insurance providers, reviewing explanation of benefits (EOB) documents, contesting unjustified claim denials, and methodically updating patient billing databases.

   

  Key Skills: 

  US Healthcare Telephonic Communication Fluency: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with clear articulation, professional phone etiquette, and the self-assurance to confront insurance agents.

  Medical Billing & RCM Framework Mastery: In-depth knowledge of the whole healthcare revenue cycle, including electronic data exchange (EDI) loops, claim forms (CMS-1500/UB-04), and clearinghouse logic.

  Denial Code Analysis & Medical Terminology: The ability to decipher standard Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARCs) and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARCs).

  Multi-Platform Medical Billing Software Command: Experience navigating electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software (such as eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Allscripts, Kareo, or Epic).
