• Utility Engineer Factory Infrastructure & Maintenance

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Arrange, carry out, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly PM procedures as well as predictive maintenance inspections (vibration analysis, thermography, pressure/temperature monitoring) for every utility line.

  Emergency Breakdown & Root Cause Analysis: To avoid recurring failures, promptly identify and address emergency breakdown occurrences across utility networks by doing a thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Fishbone diagrams or 5-Why analysis.

  Energy Management & Conservation: Implement energy-saving measures while monitoring, evaluating, and optimising the ratios of energy, fuel, electricity, and water usage throughout plant operations.

  Statutory and Environmental Compliance: Make sure that all utility operations adhere to local environmental legislation, OSHA safety requirements, Pressure Vessel standards, Pollution Control Board (PCB) standards, and statutory boiler inspections.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
