  Job Description:

  Our precision production division's "Digital Machinist" and "Manufacturing Engine" are CNC programmers. Your main responsibility is to engineer the precise digital cutting paths and machine instructions that power our manufacturing capabilities converting abstract CAD blueprints and raw metal forgings into extremely precise, micron-accurate finished industrial components while shop floor operators run active machining shifts and assembly teams bundle finished components. As the "Guardian of Cycle-Time Efficiency, Tooling Integrity, and Structural Machining Precision," you assume direct execution responsibility for creating G-codes and M-codes that are free of errors, setting up CAD/CAM systems, simulating holding fixtures, and verifying first-off production components.

   

  Key Skills: 

  CAD/CAM Software Mastery: Using major systems such as Mastercam, PowerMill, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360 to run simulation loops, manage boundary overlays, and engineer multi-axis toolpaths with complete operational confidence.

  G-Code Syntax & Controller Competence: The capacity to diagnose and modify raw code at the machine interface, as well as a thorough structural understanding of Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Mazak controller syntaxes.

  Industrial Metrology and GD&T Interpretation: Excellent comprehension of intricate engineering drawings and the ability to decipher Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts at micron scales.

  Sharp mathematical ability to calculate advanced cutting speeds, chip loads, metal removal rates, and torque limitations across a variety of alloy grades is required for machining mechanics and feed optimisation.
