• Maintenance Engineer Factory Machinery Operations

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create, design, and carry out thorough preventive and predictive maintenance plans for plant equipment, production lines, HVAC, boilers, compressors, and electrical utilities.

  Emergency Breakdown Troubleshooting & Repair: Minimise production line stoppages and restore operational capacity by leading prompt technical root-cause diagnoses and hands-on repair during unplanned machine malfunctions.

  Total Productive Maintenance & OEEOptimization: To increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness, apply TPM techniques, carry out Root Cause Analysis for recurrent machine problems, and collaborate with production teams.

  Spare Parts & Inventory Control: Manage vendor connections for technical spares, set minimum stock thresholds for essential machine components, audit spare parts utilisation, and maximise maintenance inventory budgets.

  EHS, Factory Act & Safety Compliance: Make sure that all maintenance operations follow stringent rules for environmental health and safety, lockout/tagout procedures, machine guarding requirements, and statutory plant compliance laws.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
