  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Advanced CAM Programming & Toolpath Engineering: Using specialised CAD/CAM software, create and produce accurate 3-, 4-, and multi-axis machining programs to operate CNC milling and turning centers.

  G-Code & M-Code Optimisation: To maximise finish quality and reduce machine wear, write, read, and optimise raw alphanumeric machine instructions by manually adjusting feed rates, spindle speeds, and cutting depths.

  Fixture Design & Workholding Engineering: Create unique clamps, jaws, and production fixtures in CAD modules to guarantee that components stay precisely stable and rigid under high cutting forces.

  First-Off Setup Verification & Dry Runs: Oversee the shop floor's initial setup validation loops, carrying out visual dry runs, confirming step-blocks, examining offsets, and utilising precision micrometres to audit the first-off component against engineering prints.

   

  Experience: 5 to 9 yrs

  Education: Any ITI/DIploma Graduation
