Job Description :

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and capture their requirements, ensuring clearcommunication throughout the project lifecycle.

  Develop and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards to present data visually and supportdecision-making processes.

  Conduct thorough data analysis and generate comprehensive reports on trends and insights,highlighting the impact on various projects.

  Utilize survey tools (preferably Verint) to gather and analyze data and automate attendancetracking from Zoom calls.

  Participate in agile ceremonies at the squad level, contributing to project planning andprioritization.

  Stay updated with the latest best practices in data analytics and product management tocontinuously improve processes and outcomes

  Proficiency in translating business needs and requirements into comprehensive user stories.

  Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concisereports.

  Experience working with a multicultural, distributed agile team across different time zones.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
