• CNC Operator System Control & Part Machining

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Machine Operation & Setup Execution: To carry out error-free production runs based on technical blueprints, initialize, set up, and operate CNC milling or turning machines (including multi-axis machining centers).

  Tooling Selection and Offset Calibration: Set work coordinate systems (WCS) and tool length/radius offsets precisely while inserting cutting inserts, drills, endmills, and boring bars into tool magazines.

  Program Loading & First-Part Vetting: Before executing the first piece, download the designated program files into the machine controller and thoroughly check the toolpath using dry runs.

  Precision Dimensional Inspection: Verify final product specifications against design prints using high-precision micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and dial indicators.

  In-Process Program Tuning: To counteract changes in material hardness and avoid structural deviations, modify feed rates, spindle speeds, and tool wear offsets during operation.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
