  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Operate, inspect, and repair central industrial utilities, such as steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, multi-stage air compressors, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and water/effluent treatment plants.

  Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance: To avoid production halts, carry out planned daily, weekly, and monthly PM routines, vibration analysis, thermography checks, and emergency breakdown repairs across utility assets.

  Resource Consumption & Particular Energy Optimisation: Oversee energy conservation programs and leak detection audits while keeping an eye on and optimising particular consumption metrics for electricity, steam, compressed air, fuel, and water per unit of production.

  Statutory and Environmental Compliance: Make sure that local municipal utility regulations, Indian boiler regulations, Pollution Control Board discharge requirements, and pressure vessel safety codes are strictly followed.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
