  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Daily Shop-Floor Execution & Line Monitoring: Oversee daily shift activities on manufacturing assembly lines, making sure that production schedules, labour allocation, material availability, and machine sequencing are all followed.

  Line Efficiency & OEE Optimization: Use lean techniques to minimize unscheduled downtime, identify line bottlenecks, optimize takt time/cycle time, and continuously assess overall equipment effectiveness.

  Quality Assurance & Defect Reduction: Work with Quality Control to remove scrap, rework, and customer returns; enforce process quality standards on the line; and do root-cause analysis for non-conformances.

  Standard Operating processes & TPM Enforcement: Create and maintain work instructions, station setup manuals, and SOPs; carry out Total Productive Maintenance processes to maintain equipment operating at maximum efficiency.

  EHS & 5S Workplace Discipline: Conduct daily safety walk-throughs, audit 5S workplace organization on the factory floor, and uphold stringent Environmental Health and Safety requirements throughout shift operations.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
