  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Machine Setup & Workpiece Loading: Assemble and set up CNC milling, turning, or VMC centers in accordance with technical setup sheets, safely fastening raw billets into fixtures, chucks, or custom jaws.

  Active Machine Operation & Control: Carry out production runs while closely observing coolant flows, spindle loads, and machine noises to quickly identify and prevent possible machining faults.

  Dimensional correction and offset adjustments: To reduce dimensional drift, keep an eye on part measurements during the shift and update tool wear offsets on Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Mazak controllers.

  In-Process Quality Inspection: Verify that completed parts match blueprint callouts by auditing them using precision metrology tools such as thread plug gauges, bore gauges, vernier callipers, and micrometres.

  Tooling Maintenance & Insert Replacement: Replace worn carbide tips, drill bits, and milling inserts while resetting the necessary tool height parameters after detecting tool edge deterioration and microchipping.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
