  Job Description:

  The Maintenance Engineer ensures maximum machine availability, equipment reliability, and shop-floor operational safety across manufacturing facilities. This role oversees planned preventive maintenance (PPM), total productive maintenance (TPM), quick breakdown response, spare parts inventory, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. By driving continuous equipment uptime and optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), this position prevents costly production line stoppages and preserves machine precision.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Plant Maintenance Specialist, or Equipment Engineer in precision manufacturing environments.

  Technical Mastery: Hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, electrical schematics, drive systems, utility operations (chillers, air compressors, DG sets), TPM frameworks, MTBF/MTTR metrics, and spreadsheet analytics

   

  Location: Chennai
