  Job Description:

  The principal 'Manufacturing Execution Lead, Line Efficiency Engineer, Cycle Time Optimisation Specialist, Shop-Floor Throughput Guardian & Production Integration Specialist' in each of our manufacturing facilities is the Production Engineer-Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Line Balancing, Process Optimisation & Production Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to plan, carry out, monitor, and optimise shop-floor manufacturing operations to guarantee daily volume targets are met safely, effectively, and to exact quality standards. Plant managers, operations directors, supply chain leads, and manufacturing strategy executives set overall production targets, capital expenditure budgets, plant expansion targets, and master production schedules (MPS).

   

  Key Skills: 

  Manufacturing Engineering & Shop-Floor Execution Mastery: In-depth practical understanding of shop-floor routing, tool fixtures, material management systems, and manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, fabrication, heat treatment, surface coating).

  Lean Manufacturing & Process Optimisation Techniques: Proven use of Lean technologies, such as SMED methodology, Takt Time calculation, Line Balancing, 5S workplace setup, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Poka-Yoke design.

  Production Planning, Cycle Time, and OEE Analysis: Advanced capacity to manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) line balance, interpret machine OEE components, and perform time-and-motion studies.

  Root Cause Analysis & Quality Control Integration: Experience resolving shop-floor line stoppages and quality defects using structured problem-solving frameworks (5-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, 8D Reports, CAPA).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
