  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  2D/3D Drafting & CAD Modelling: Use AutoCAD and 3D modelling software to produce accurate 2D mechanical detail drawings, 3D component models, assembly layouts, sheet metal developments, and structural schematics.

  GD&T & Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis: To guarantee fit, form, and function throughout assembly, apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards to engineering drawings and perform tolerance stack-up analysis.

  Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change Orders: Based on input from the shop floor, create, manage, and update precise Bills of Materials, component part lists, and Engineering Change Notices/Orders.

  Design for Manufacturability & Shop-Floor Support: Work together with the tooling, machining, sheet metal, and assembly teams to make sure that designs are optimised for high-quality, reasonably priced production and assembly.

  Reverse engineering and product modification: To replicate CAD models and improve current product designs, measure physical components with precise tools.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
