  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  CAM Programming & G-Code/M-Code Generation: Using top CAM software, create, test, and optimise multi-axis programs from engineering designs and 3D CAD files.

  Tooling Selection, Speeds & Feeds Optimisation: Determine the best spindle speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut for different materials; choose suitable cutting tools, tool holders, and work-holding fixtures.

  Machine Simulation & Crash Prevention: To guarantee zero collisions and zero scrap, conduct complete virtual machine simulations, confirm tool clearance, look for fixture interference, and carry out dry runs and step-by-step first-piece prove-outs right on the shop floor.

  Fixture Design Integration & Setup Instruction Creation: Work with tooling engineers to create sturdy work-holding fixtures and provide CNC operators with clear, comprehensive setup sheets, tool lists, datum origin points, and operational instruction documents.

  Quality Inspection & Tolerance Control: Use precision measurement tools to examine first-off machined parts and confirm that they adhere to geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.

   

  Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

  Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
