• Maintenance Supervisor Drive Uptime & Efficiency

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Shift Maintenance & Breakdown Recovery: Lead shift technicians in responding immediately to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures to minimize line downtime.

  Preventive & TPM Schedule Execution: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) routines across all production machinery and plant utilities.

  Technician Management & Safety Discipline: Allocate shift maintenance staff, verify strict compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures, ensure proper PPE usage, and enforce 5S standards in maintenance workshops.

  Spare Parts & Tooling Control: Monitor shop-floor spare parts usage, track stock levels for critical replacement components, raise purchase requisitions, and ensure proper tool store upkeep.

  Shift Analytics & Breakdown Logging: Track shift breakdown hours, machine response times, utility meter consumption, and maintenance logbooks using operational tracking spreadsheets

   

  Focus Skills:

  Education: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

  Experience: 0 to 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or Senior Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setup.

  Technical Mastery: Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic circuit reading, PLC fault indication, TPM execution, LOTO safety protocols, MTTR/MTBF tracking, and maintenance spreadsheet logging
