  The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads, reaching out to potential B2B/B2C clients, and promoting company products or services through cold calling and outbound campaigns. This role focuses on identifying decision-makers, qualifying sales prospects, scheduling appointments for field sales reps, and maintaining precise customer interaction records to build a strong sales pipeline.

  Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear phone articulation with a professional demeanor.

  High resilience, persuasive telephone sales presence, and proven objection-handling techniques.

  Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office/Excel usage.
