  Job Description:

  The principal "Utility Systems Infrastructure Anchor, Industrial Power & Boiler Specialist, Plant Environmental Control Engine & Utility Reliability Guardian" for our manufacturing and industrial production operations is the Utility Maintenance Engineer in Manufacturing Industries Industrial Utilities, Power Plant & Boiler Operations, HVAC/Chiller Systems, Water Treatment, Preventive Maintenance & Utility Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise plant utility infrastructure, such as boilers, air compressors, industrial chillers, cooling towers, Water Treatment Plants (WTP/RO/ETP/STP), HVAC systems, power generators (DG sets) and gas/piping distribution networks, while Plant Directors, Engineering Managers, and Maintenance Heads create macro capital expenditure roadmaps, plant expansion plans, and sustainability targets.

   

  Key Skills: 

  High-pressure boilers, industrial compressors, refrigeration systems, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, valves, and fluid piping networks are all examples of industrial utility and thermal systems mastery.

  Expertise in Water and Wastewater Treatment: Practical understanding of demineralisation (DM), boiler water treatment, cooling water treatment, reverse osmosis (RO), and ETP/STP operation.

  P&ID Interpretation and Diagnostic Capabilities: Outstanding ability to understand electrical control schematics, PLC alarm panels, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA).

  Regulatory & Statutory Safety Standards: In-depth knowledge of environmental discharge standards, pressure vessel inspection procedures, IBR rules, and workplace safety systems (LOTO, hot work permits).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
