  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  End-to-End Product Industrialization Execution: Oversee the whole product development lifecycle, from concept approval to prototype testing stages and seamless mass-production handoffs on the manufacturing floor.

  Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) Stewardship: Oversee the creation of key launch papers, carry out thorough DFMA audits, update PFMEA frameworks, and lock down part control plans.

  Prototype Tooling & Tryout Validation: Organize the production of prototype molds, stamping dies, or machining fixtures, and physically oversee the first trial runs on shop floor equipment to evaluate processing windows.

  Validation of Dimensions and Performance Verification: Compile thorough Production Part Approval Process dossiers for official engineering and customer sign-off, and compare first-off sample parts to design prints.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
