• Production Engineer Drive Factory Performance & Productivity

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Daily Production Execution & Line Monitoring: Manage daily shift production goals for machining, fabrication, or assembly lines; make sure that labour, raw materials, and equipment are distributed smoothly to sustain continuous production flow.

  Cycle Time Reduction & Process Optimisation: Determine bottlenecks by analysing manufacturing assembly lines, workstation layouts, and machine operations; use line balance, time studies, and process adjustments to shorten cycle times and boost hourly throughput.

  OEE Improvement & Downtime Reduction: Use Total Productive Maintenance methods to reduce planned and unplanned machine downtime while working with plant maintenance and operator teams to monitor and optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

  Quality Control & Scrap Reduction: To promote zero-defect production, enforce process quality controls, SOPs, and work instructions. Use root-cause analysis methodologies to look into line rejects and component faults.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
