  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Raw Material & Component Procurement: To guarantee 100% material availability for manufacturing production lines, carry out daily purchasing operations for raw materials, components, spares, consumables, tools, and packaging goods.

  Vendor Sourcing, Management, and Negotiation: To cut costs, find, register, and assess trustworthy vendors; submit Requests for Quotations; create commercial comparison matrices; and bargain over prices, terms of payment, and delivery dates.

  Purchase Order Processing & ERP Operations: Examine purchase requests, generate and issue precise purchase orders inside ERP systems, and guarantee correct adherence to the approval workflow.

  Supplier Delivery Tracking & Material Follow-Up: To ensure On-Time In-Full material arrival at the plant store, actively follow up with vendors on order acknowledgements, shipment schedules, e-way bills, and transit tracking.

  Quality Coordination & Rejected Material Management: Manage Supplier Discrepancy Reports, arrange rejected material returns, get Credit Notes or replacement shipments, and work with Quality Inspection teams to coordinate material inward testing.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
