  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Outreach: Use targeted lead databases, warm campaign lists, and inbound query sign-ups to make a large number of outbound calls to potential business or individual clients in order to present the company's goods, services, and value propositions.

  Lead Qualification & Prospect Needs Analysis: To effectively qualify leads for the sales team, do discovery discussions with prospects to determine their operational needs, pain points, purchasing authority, budget availability, and purchasing timeframes (BANT criteria).

  Product Pitching & Objection Handling: Use standard sales scripts and objection handling frameworks to confidently address prospect reluctance, price concerns, and competing objections. Make clear, compelling, and tailored telephone presentations.

  Scheduling Appointments and Opportunities Handoff: Make sure that proper briefing notes are distributed via CRM systems by scheduling qualified sales meetings, product demos, or consultation calls for Field Sales Executives and Account Managers.

  Database management and CRM hygiene: Keep correct and current prospect information, recording call notes, call dispositions, changes to contact details, customer feedback, and follow-up reminders inside CRM and central monitoring systems.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
