  Job Description:

  The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing manufacturing operations on the shop floor to ensure production targets are met on time, within budget, and according to strict quality standards. Working closely with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and design engineering teams, this role focuses on maximizing equipment efficiency (OEE), eliminating line bottlenecks, standardizing cycle times, and driving continuous process improvements across manufacturing lines

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong core knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, fabrication, stamping, or molding) and shop-floor management.

  Practical understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma principles.

  Hands-on experience with production planning metrics (OEE, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Capacity Utilization) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, engineering drawings, assembly schematics, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).

  Strong leadership, conflict resolution, shift management, and cross-functional communication abilities
