  Job Description:

  Our manufacturing and heavy industrial engineering division's "Power Grid Anchor" and "Operational Continuity Guardian" is the Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Your main responsibility is to ensure the maximum uptime, structural safety, operational reliability, and efficiency of all plant electrical systems, machinery, and automation controls, while production lines drive output volumes and quality inspectors oversee completed product tolerances. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), large industrial motors, transformer arrays, high/low voltage (HV/LV) switchgear, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are all included in this. As the "Guardian of Zero-Accident Electrical Safety Compliance, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) Compression, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Metrics," you are directly responsible for identifying unexpected malfunctions, planning equipment calibrations, and carrying out preventive maintenance procedures.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Industrial Automation Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of VFD loops, industrial automation networks (ProfiBus/ModBus), and PLC ladder diagrams (such as those from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi).

  Power Distribution Architecture Mastery: The ability to operate and troubleshoot heavy power networks, such as air circuit breakers (ACBs), vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), relay coordination schemes, and power factor correction banks.

  Schematic Blueprint Literacy: The ability to understand intricate multi-page electrical engineering schematics, control loop blueprints, terminal wiring maps, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) with perfect accuracy.

  Diagnostic Tools Competency: Practical experience using sophisticated testing equipment, such as digital oscilloscopes, thermal imaging cameras, power quality analysers, and digital insulation testers (Meggers).
