• Validation of Industrial Processes Quality Engineers

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Develop, maintain, and execute quality control plans, inspection standards, and testing procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

  Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using standard tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) to resolve product defects, non-conformances, and customer complaints.

  Monitor product and process quality performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools, tracking metrics such as scrap, rework, and First Pass Yield (FPY).

  Lead or support process/product validation activities, First Article Inspections (FAI), and production line audits.

  Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical quality issues.

  Audit supplier quality performance, assist with incoming inspection protocols, and issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) when necessary.

  Ensure compliance with relevant industry quality management standards

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
